Event operations, end to end

Plan your events. Simplify every registration.

Create an event page, open registration with free or paid tickets, track payments and check attendees in — from one organizer workspace.

Organizer accounts are set up by the platform administrator. Attendees register without an account.

  • Free and paid tickets
  • QR check-in at the door
  • Payments in one ledger
Illustrative preview of the organizer workspace and check-in result. Not live data.
Platform

From the first invitation to the final check-in.

EventFlow covers the operational path: publish an event, collect registrations, issue tickets, admit attendees and reconcile what was paid.

A complete event page, not a placeholder

Publish dates, timezone, format, description, a banner image and full venue details. Your organization logo and branding appear on the public page.

  • In-person, online or undecided formats
  • Event times shown in the event's own timezone
  • Draft, publish, unpublish or archive
  • Managed banner and organization logo uploads

Payments you can trace line by line

Record online and manual payments, reconcile an attendee's balance and see the commission and gateway fees behind every settlement.

  • Gateway payments plus organizer-recorded manual payments
  • Per-attendee payment reconciliation
  • Commission and provider fees itemised separately
  • Payout details and withdrawal requests in billing

Configurable registration forms

Add your own fields, mark them required and reorder the form from the dashboard.

Multiple ticket types

Set a price, quantity, per-order limits and a sale window in the event's timezone.

Coupons with real rules

Percentage or fixed discounts, redemption limits, date windows and ticket-type scoping.

Private digital tickets

Confirmed attendees get a signed ticket link with a QR code and a PDF download.

Check-in without duplicates

Scan with a phone camera or look up a reference manually; a ticket is admitted once.

Attendee workspace

Search and filter registrations, open full details, export CSV and resend a ticket.

Analytics and report exports

Review registration, ticket and check-in metrics for a date range and export reports.

Venue details and maps

Store a full venue address and coordinates, with a map when Google Maps is enabled.

How it works

Four steps from idea to event day.

Set the event up once, then run registration and check-in from the same workspace.

  1. 1

    Create the event

Sign in to your organization's workspace and add the dates, timezone, format and venue.

  2. 2

    Configure registration

Add free or paid ticket types, sale windows, coupons and any custom form fields.

  3. 3

    Share the event page

Publish the page and share its link. Attendees register and pay without an account.

  4. 4

    Run the event

Track registrations, scan tickets at the door, export attendee lists and reconcile payments.

Who it is for

Built for organizers who own the whole event.

The same workspace works for a paid conference and a free community meetup. These are examples of fit, not claims about current customers.

Conferences and professional events

Publish a detailed event page, offer tiered tickets and keep the arrival desk moving.

Workshops and training

Collect the details you need with custom fields, then confirm attendees and share tickets.

Community gatherings

Run free registration with a clear attendee list and simple QR check-in at the door.

Business and networking events

Sell or allocate entry, check guests in quickly and export the final guest list.

Educational programs

Track registrations, record offline payments and keep attendance records exportable.

Performances and screenings

Sell general-admission tickets, share a clear event page and scan guests in at the door.

Plans and billing

Plans are configured for your organization.

EventFlow does not publish a self-serve price list on this page. Your plan, its limits, the commission rate and your invoices are shown in the billing workspace after you sign in.

  • Current plan status and commission rate
  • Balances for gross proceeds, commission, gateway fees and withdrawals
  • Invoices and platform fee records
  • Payout details and withdrawal requests
Your billing workspace

Clear numbers, no public price guessing

Plan
Assigned to your organization by the platform administrator.
Fees
Commission and payment-gateway fees are itemised, not bundled.
Payouts
Request withdrawals once payout details are on file.

Plan changes, account access and onboarding are handled by the platform administrator. There is no public organizer sign-up form.

Operational clarity

Controls that match how event day actually works.

The behaviours below are part of the application, not marketing promises.

Server-side ticket checks

Availability, sale windows and coupon eligibility are validated again on the server when an order is placed — not only in the browser.

One admission per ticket

Check-in updates and locks the ticket record, so repeated or simultaneous scans cannot admit the same ticket twice.

Organization-scoped access

Organizer admins manage their organization's events. Volunteers get event-day check-in access to that organization only.

Private links by design. Ticket and registration detail links are signed, so they cannot be guessed or enumerated. Attendee data stays inside the organizer workspace.
FAQ

Questions organizers ask before switching.

How do I get an organizer account?

Accounts are created by the platform administrator for each organization. If your organization already uses EventFlow, sign in with the credentials you were given. There is no public organizer sign-up form on this site.

Can I offer both free and paid tickets?

Yes. Each ticket type can be free or priced. When the payment gateway is configured, paid registrations complete checkout online. Organizers can also record a manual payment when money is collected offline.

What do attendees receive?

Confirmed attendees get a private, signed ticket page with a QR code and a PDF download. Organizers can resend the ticket email from the attendee record, using the platform's configured mail delivery.

How does check-in work on event day?

Open the check-in page on a phone or tablet and start the camera scanner, or search for the ticket reference manually if a camera is not available. Both paths update the same ticket record, and an already-used ticket is rejected.

Can I manage registrations and export attendee data?

Yes. The attendee workspace supports search, filters, full registration details, manual payment records and CSV export. Analytics reports have their own CSV exports for a selected date range.

Do attendees need their own account?

No. Public event pages, registration, payment status and ticket pages work without an attendee login. Accounts are only used by organizer and volunteer staff.

Why are prices not listed on this page?

Plans are assigned per organization, so pricing, limits and commission are shown in your billing workspace rather than as a public price list. Plan changes are handled by the platform administrator.

How do I get help?

Account access, plan changes and platform support are handled by your platform administrator. This site does not publish a separate public support desk.
